In most instances, Doctors are unable to sell their practices because they have overdeveloped and outpriced their investment relative to the present market conditions.  

 

At Citi-Brites we not only offer the Doctor a reasonable price for their investment, we also offer a passive investment opportunity, by becoming a paid Board Member or one of our other mutually agreeable arrangements.

A typical dental management service model operates as follows: usually 20-25%

of the Doctor's purchase price is paid in cash, while the remainder is paid in a well drawn up, unsecured promissory note, by the management officers.  There are no shared long range goals in place for the future of the newly acquired asset either. The prior dentist is now set at a 40% compensation table on fees collected, and this is minus the management fees off the top...and remember that within that are expansion costs, to include additional equipment and staff.   That's simply not how Citi-Brite's operates...
